Overview
The Tohoku conflict comes to a provisional end— Yet tensions continue to simmer, both in Tohoku and with the Hiroshima yakuza at the center of the West Japan Mutsumikai. Amid this uneasy standoff, a minor clash in Fukui sparks a full-scale conflict between the local Sakashita-gumi and Kyowakai. Seizing the opportunity, the Sakashita-gumi—backed by the West Japan Mutsumikai—plots a direct strike against Kyowakai, unleashing hitmen on Kyowakai chairman Kudo (Hakuryu) and wakagashira assistant Kawatani…
