Kreski was born Constance Joanne Kornacki on September 19, 1946, in Wyandotte, Michigan, USA. She was known for Captains and the Kings (1976), Aspen (1977) and The Outside Man (1972). She died of a blocked carotid artery on March 21, 1995 in Beverly Hills, California, USA.
