Márton Tarkövi

Biography

Since he was 11, Márton Tarkövi (1997, Hungary) has been making homemade films in Hungary. In 2020, he graduated in film editing from ECAM (Spain) and has worked as an editor with Albert Serra, Adolfo Arrieta, Javier Rebollo and Víctor Erice, among others. His debut feature film as director ‘Later in the Clearing’ co-produced by Luis Miñarro premiered in 2025 at International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) - Bright Future, Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema (BAFICI) - Avant-Garde & Genre Official Competition, IFF Message to Man, DocumentaMadrid, Edoc, continuing its festival tour...
